原发性肝癌ABO血型与HBVM分布及关系

The distribution of and relationship between PHC patients' ABO blood types and HBVM models

目的 :探讨 PHC患者 ABO血型、HBVM模式分布及相互关系。方法 :192例 PHC按 ABO血型和 HBVM模式进行分组比较 ,并进行统计学处理。结果 :PHC患者 A血型多于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,B血型少于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ;ABO血型 HBVM各模式之间分布无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,但模式一四五、一五和一较对照组高 (P <0 .0 1) ,而模式一三五、二和 0较对照组低 (P <0 .0 1) ;ABO各血型 HBV感染者均多于无 HBV感染者。结论 :ABO各血型 HBV感染者罹患 PHC的倾向性均较无 HBV感染者高 ,A血型和 HBVM模式一四五、一五和一人群罹患 PHC的倾向性较其他血型和模式高。B血型罹患 PHC的倾向性较低。

Objective:To investigate primary hepatocellular carcinoma(PHC) patients' ABO blood type,HBVM models distribution and the relationship between them in local.Methods:192 cases of PHC were classified according to ABO blood types and HBVM models,with the blood type of the normal han nationality in local and the HBVM examined by Department of out patient as the controls.The data were studied in statistics.Results:The patients in blood group A of PHC were more than the control(P<0.05),the patients in blood group B were less than the control(P<0.01).192 PHC showed no significant differences between the each blood group's HBVM models (P>0.05).PHC patients' model 1 4 5,model 1 5 and model 1 were more than the control (P<0.01),but the model 1 3 5,model 2 and model 0 were less than the control (P<0.01).The patients of each blood group with HBV infection were far more than those without HBV infection.Conclusion:The tendency of the people in each blood group with HBV infection to have PHC were higher than those without HBV infection.The tendency of the people in blood group A and with HBVM model 1 4 5,model 1 5 and model 1 to have PHC were higher than other blood groups and HBVM models.The tendency of people in blood group B to have PHC was lower.=
