摘要
目的 :探讨白内障超声乳化手术前行闪光视网膜电流图 (FERG)和闪光视诱发电位 (FVEP)检查对术后视力预测的可靠性。方法 :记录 6 2只眼白内障患者的 FERG和 FVEP,术后 1个月检查最佳视力及眼底情况。结果 :视觉电生理检查的符合率达 91.3%。结论 :白内障术前检查 FERG及 FVEP可以预测术后视功能恢复的程度。
Objective:To study the significance of flash electroretinogram(F ERG) and flash visual evoked potential (F VEP) before cataract phacoemulsification.Methods:FERG and FVEP of 62 patient with cataract were recorded,and their best acuity and eye fundus were examed a month after operation.Results:The corresponding rate of electrophysiologic exam before and after operation were 91.3%.Conclusion:The postoprative visual acuity of patients with cataract can be prospected by using F ERG and F VEP before operation.=
