反相高效液相色谱法测定复方黄芩片中黄芩苷的含量

Determination of baicalin in Fufang Huangqin Tablets by RP-HPLC

目的 :建立复方黄芩片中黄芩苷的 HPL C含量测定方法。方法 :采用 Spherisorb C8柱 ,流动相为甲醇 :水 :磷酸 :三乙胺 (38∶ 6 2∶ 0 .2∶ 0 .3) ,流速为 1.3ml/ m in,在 2 80 nm波长处检测。结果 :黄芩苷的线性范围为 0 .179～ 1.434μg,r= 0 .9998,平均加样回收率为 10 0 .5 7% ,RSD为 2 .81% (n=6 )。结论 :该方法简便、快速 ,精密度和稳定性良好 ,适合于复方黄芩片生产的质量控制。

Objective:To estabilish a HPLC method for determination of baicalin in Fufang Huangqin tablets.Method:A Spherisorb C8 column was used.The mobile phase was methanol∶water∶phoshporic acid∶triethylamine(38∶62∶0.2∶0.3) with 1.3 ml/min of flow rate. The detection wavelength was 280nm.Results:The detection ranges were 0.179~1.434μg,r=0.9998. The average recovery of baicalin was 100.57%(RSD=2.81%,n=6).Conclusion:This HPLC method which was convenient, rapid,selective and accurate could be used for quality control in the production of Fufang Huangqin tablets.
