红花芍药复方液直流电离子导入预防褥疮的临床观察 被引量:29

摘要 为了寻求一种有效的且无刺激的预防褥疮方法 ,将长期卧床的急性脑血管病病人 2 0 0例随机分为两组 ,每组 10 0例。观察组采用红花芍药复方提取液经直流电离子导入褥疮的好发部位 ,1次 / d,每次 2 0 min,同时辅以常规护理翻身 ;对照组采用常规翻身加局部 5 0 %红花乙醇按摩 ,2次 / d,每次 2 0 min。 15 d内动态观察全身皮肤情况。结果对照组与观察组褥疮发生人数分别为 2 9例 (2 9% )、4例 (4 % ) ,两组经 χ2检验差异有显著性意义 (P<0 .0 0 5 )。提示红花芍药复方液直流电离子导入可明显减少褥疮的发生率 。 In order to search for an effective method for preventing pressure sore, long-term sickbed 200 patients with acute cerebrovascular diseases were randomly divided into two groups with 100 in each. In the observation group, the Safflower and Shaoyao compound solution was introduced into the predilection sites of pressure sore, once per day, 20 min every time, supplied with routine nursing care. In the control group, the patients underwent routine turn over accompanied by local massage with 50 % Safflower alcohol, 2 times per day, 20 min every time. The skin changes were observed for 15 days. The results showed that pressure sore occurred in 29 (29 %) in the control group and 4 (4 %) in the observation group respectively (P<0.005). It was suggested that Safflower and Shaoyao compound solution direct current iontophoresis could obviously decrease the incidence of pressure sore.
