适宜游泳应激对衰老小鼠行为和免疫功能的影响

The Effect of Proper Stress on the Aging Mice′ Behavior and Immune Function

目的 :观察适宜游泳应激对衰老小鼠行为和免疫功能的影响。方法 :在正常对照组、D-半乳糖 (腹腔内注射 D-半乳糖0 .12 mg/ g)致衰老组基础上 ,分别都予以游泳应激 (于水温 18℃ ,水深 15 cm的水中游泳 15 min)。 8周后 ,对各组小鼠进行 Y-迷宫、被动回避、平衡耐力等行为学测试 ,测定胸腺指数 ,并取脾脏用 3H- Td R掺入法观察脾淋巴细胞对不同有丝分裂刺激原 Con A和 L PS的增殖反应。结果 :衰老组小鼠的学习记忆能力、平衡耐力、免疫功能与正常组小鼠相比明显降低 ,但经过 8周游泳应激后 ,正常组、衰老组小鼠学习记忆能力、平衡耐力都明显提高 ,胸腺指数增加 ,脾淋巴细胞对不同有丝分裂刺激原 Con A和 L PS的增殖反应能力明显提高。结论 :适宜游泳应激可改善衰老小鼠行为表现和免疫功能以延缓衰老进程。

Objective:To study the effect of proper fitting swimming stress on the aging mice′ behavior and im mune function. Methods:The experiments were carried out on aging Kunming mice induced by D galactose (0.12 mg/g ·d) and they underwent swimming stress 8 weeks (swimming daily for 15 min at 18℃ water). Eight weeks later, learning and memory ability, staying balance and power ability, thymus index, spleen lymphocyte proliferation ability to ConA and LPS by 3H Thymidine (TdR) uptaking were measured.Results:Learning and memory ability, staying balance and power ability, immune function of the aging mice were significantly lower than the control. But a swimming fitting function of the aging mice were significantly increased after 8 weeks. Conclusion:Proper swim stress may delay aging process by improving the aging mice′ behavior and immune function.
