敏晕宁药物电极的研制及应用

摘要 以敏晕宁-四苯硼离子缔合物为电活性物质制得的PVC膜电极,其线性范围为2.5x10^(-2)~1.5×10^(-5)mol/L,斜率56.0mV/pC,检测下限8.1×10^(-6)mol/L。回收率98.7~100.4%。用于敏晕宁药物分析效果良好。同时制出了涂石墨棒及涂丝电极,其性能较PVC膜电极略差,以敏晕宁、磷钨酸离子缔合物制得的PVC膜电极,其性能与敏晕宁-四苯硼的PVC膜电极类似。 The general, coated graphite rod, and coated wire PV C membrane electrodes of chlorcrcyizine were prepared. The effects of the ion exchange site, contents of ele-troactive material, and pH on the pertormances of the eleclrode were studi ed.By the general PVC membrane electrode method the results of the determinativn of th. contents of chlorcycliz ine in tablet and in raw material a re corespondent with those by the standard method.
