摘要
目的 :为分散的、小区域范围内垃圾焚烧处理提供实用技术。方法 :设计了垃圾分料层 ,不需要任何辅助燃料的循环燃烧、喷淋除尘、射流除烟 ,无污染物排放等新工艺。结果 :垃圾经高温焚烧后 ,其灰渣的成分稳定 ,病菌达到彻底消除 ,体积减少 92 % ,重量减轻 78.3% ,实现了垃圾减量化、无害化、资源化的处理原则。结论 :修建这种垃圾焚烧炉在技术上是可行的 ,在经济上是合算的 ,适于部队医院。
Objective:To provide practical technique for burning disposal of rubbish in scattered, small area.Methods:A new technique including rubbish separating layer in the incinerator,circulating burning without any additional fuel,spraying to remove dust,emitting to remove smoke and no discharge of pollutants was designed.Results:After the waste being burned at high temperature,the components of the residue were stable,bacteria were utterly destroyed. The waste volume decreased by 92%, its weight reduced by 78.3%. Thus the principles of harmlessness, reduction and resource in waste disposal were realized. Conclusion:To build such a waste incinerator is feasible and worthwhile in economy,and is suitable for the application to waste disposal in military hospitals,scattered barracks and residences.
