嗜中性多形核粒细胞(PMN)在缺血再灌注损伤中的作用

摘要 缺血再灌注损伤的机制复杂多样 ,其中嗜中性多形核粒细胞 (PMN)起着核心作用。本文参考国外文献 ,着重综述了如下三个问题 :( 1)参与缺血再灌注损伤的PMN表面的粘附分子及其配体 ;( 2 )活性物质对缺血再灌注损伤中PMN粘附和趋化的调节 ;( 3)PMN导致缺血再灌注损伤的机制。许多学者认为 ,缺血再灌注时 ,在多种活性物质的调节下PMN由粘附分子介导与血管内皮细胞粘附并跨内皮细胞迁移 ,PMN与内皮细胞粘附时被激活 ,通过释放氧源性的代谢物和蛋白水解酶以及导致“无复流”
