论“网络”概念的三个层次——兼谈网络发展的三个阶段

Three Levels in Conception of Internet ——Concurrently the Three Stages in Developing of Internet

网络的概念分为不同层次 ,网络在社会中的发展与功能也由此逐层延伸、拓展 ,因此也相应经历几个阶段。首先从技术层次看 ,网络是技术革命的产物 ,网络技术及网络设备是网络存在的物质基础 ,网络技术的诞生为人类社会实现了一次物质、能量、信息的新的转换。其次从经济层次看 ,网络经济的生产力基础是知识生产 ,网络不仅具有传递信息、知识的作用 ,更重要的是它改变了各经济要素之间的关系及组合方式。再次从社会层次看 ,在网络技术与网络经济的高度发展之下 ,网络社会的确立是必然趋势 ,网络社会将改变人类的交往方式、生活方式、思维方式及价值观念。

There are different levels in conception of internet. With the developing of internet, its function can be expanded.So it must also have different stages. Firstly, in sense of technology, internet is a product of technological revolution. Internet technologies and equipments are the base of internet. They provide a new exchanging mode of material, energy and information. Secondly, in sense of economic, internet economy is based on knowledgy producting. Internet can not only tranfer information and knowledge, but also change the combinating mode of different economical factors. Thirdly, in sense of society, with the high developing of internet technology and internet economic, internet society will be an inexorable trend. Internet society will change the way of communication, life, thinking and idea of value.
