Leaf tobacco, as a special industrial crop in Dengfeng County,Hena n Province, is of high quality and well-known. It makes certain contribution for the economic development of Dengfeng County. This paper ananyses the favourable geomorphologic and geological conditions for the leaf tobacco production in Dengfeng Cunty, and approaches the geomor-pholoic and geological background suitable for planting leaf tobacco in the county.
