异步电动机PWM变频调速系统及有关稳定性问题

摘要 本文论述了将模块HEF4752V用于PWM变频调速系统的一些结果。当电机工作运行在低频轻载时,系统出现了不稳定振荡现象。为了抑制开环运行时系统经常可能发生的不稳定问题,本文提出了一种系统局部软反馈的方法。实验结果表明系统振荡被抑制。在此基础上,构成了一个转差频率控制的闭环调速系统。 This paper presents some results related to the application of the moduleHEF4752V to pulse width modulation(PWM)of three phase induction motordrive system.Unstable oscillation mode is observed when induction motoroperates at relatively low frequencies in light load states.In order to suppressing the unstability which often appears at lower supply frequencies for openloop adjustable-frequency drive system,a method of controlling the inverteroutput frequency is presented.Experiments have proved that oscillationscould be suppressed.Furthermore,one closed-loop system with tachometerfeedback has been finished in order to make up the poor dynamic performanceof open-loop speed control system.
