摘要 含有一个或数个羧基的有机酸在工业上具有重要用途,尤其在化工、食品、医药工业中应用广泛。当前,以柠檬酸为代表的有机酸生产方式以发酵法为主。本文重点介绍了4种有机酸高产菌种和新工艺的开发和新的应用领域的开拓等,并针对当前国内有机酸生产水平与国外先进水平间所存在的差距,提出了需加强研究的关键问题。 Organic acids containing one or more carboxyl groups played an important role in industrial application, especially in chemical, pharmaceutical and food industries. Organic acids, represented particularly by citric acids, were produced mainly by fermentation. The progress on production and application of the 4 kinds of organic acids were briefly reviewed, especially on the development of industrial technology and new application fields. Comparing the clomestic production with abroad, some key problems to be researched and developed for upgrading the technological level were pointed out.
