摘要
介绍 GZYQ型电液变阻软起动装置在韶钢炼铁厂 1#鼓风机 YK32 0 0 / 2电动机起动上的应用 ,通过对比在定子回路中串接电抗器降压起动与串接电液变阻软起动装置的起动电流、起动时间 ,分析两种起动装置的优劣。
An introduction was made on application of soft start device using GZYQ electrolyte rheostat in YK3200/2 motor of No.1 blower of the iron mill of Shaoguan Iron & Steel Group Company.The comparison tests were carried out:a reactor and a soft start device using the e lectrolyte rheostat were connected in parallel respectively in the stator circui t so as to reduce voltage at start.Start current and start time of the two devic es were compared,and advantages and disadvantages of them were analyzed.
