摘要
从机理上分析了某 10 0MW汽轮机调速器滑阀连杆弯曲故障的产生条件 ,是由于分配滑阀卡涩 ,转速降低时调速块堵住随动滑阀喷油嘴 ,导致随动滑阀前油压升高 ,从而使连杆发生弯曲。给出了避免故障发生的措施。
In this paper, the fault of speed governor valve's pole bend occurred in certain 100MW steam turbine is studied. It is examined that the cause is the jam of distribution valve. when the speed slows, the speeder block jams the nozzle, and the oil pressure in the front of valve increases, thus the pole is bended. In the end the measures avoiding the fault are presented.
