摘要
为解决齐鲁石化公司内部电力紧张的矛盾 ,对热电厂 1号机 5 0MW抽汽式汽轮机组实施了以更改低压缸叶片为主要内容的技术改造 ,使机组的额定容量由 5 0MW提高到 6 0MW ,机组的综合安全性能有所加强 ,内效率有所增加 ,经运行证明改造取得了成功 ,经济效益明显。
To settle the insufficient power problem existing in Qilu petro-chemical company, technical transformation has been done with No.1 50MW extractor steam turbine of the thermal power plant by replacing blades of LP cylinder. It results in increasing the rated capacity of unit from 50MW to 60MW, overall safety property and inner efficiency. The transformation has been succesful testified by operation, and the transformed unit has good economic benefit.
