出生1周和成年大鼠心肌G蛋白mRNA表达及低甲状腺素的影响

摘要 为了解年龄和低甲状腺素对大鼠心肌G蛋白mRNA的影响 ,利用Northernblot方法对出生 1周、成年及低甲状腺素大鼠心肌G蛋白mRNA表达进行检测。结果显示激动型G蛋白α亚基 (Gsα)mRNA出生 1周与成年大鼠比较无明显差异 ,抑制型G蛋白α2 亚基 (Giα2 )mRNA出生 1周大鼠明显高于成年大鼠。出生 1周和成年低甲状腺素大鼠Gsα及 1周龄大鼠Giα2 mRNA高于对照组。 In order to investigate the effect of age and low serum thyroxin on cardiac G protein mRNA, Nothern blot method was used to measure expression of cardiac G protein mRNA in one week after birth and adult rats and rats with low serum thyroxin. The result showed that there was no difference in αsubunit mRNA of stimulatory G protein (GS α) between one week and adult rats, α 2 subunit mRNA of inhibitory G protien (G iα 2) in one fweek rats was higher that in adult ones. There was no difference in expression of Gsα mRNA in one week and adult rats with low serum thyroxin and G i 2 mRNA in one week rats with low serum thyroxin compared with controls, expression of G i 2 mRNA in adult rats with low serum thyroxin was higher than one in controls.
