杜香油镇咳祛痰与急性毒性作用的实验研究

Experimental on antitussive and expectorant effects and acute toxicity of whiteleaf ciyslatlea ledum oil

目的 :研究杜香油镇咳祛痰作用。方法 :采用氨气致咳法进行镇咳实验 ,小鼠酚红法进行祛痰实验 ,寇氏法计算急性毒性实验。结果 :杜香油能抑制氨气刺激所致小鼠的咳嗽 ,并具有显著的祛痰作用 ,能促进酚红分泌入支气管 ,并能明显对抗乙酰胆碱收缩豚鼠离体气管条。小鼠灌胃 (ig) L D5 0 为 0 .41ml/ kg,小鼠腹腔注射 (ig) L D5 0 为 0 .16 1mg/ kg。结论 :杜香油具有镇咳、祛痰。

Purpose: To study the antitussive and expectorant effects of whiteleaf ciyslatlea ledum oil. Methods: The antitussive and expectorant effects were studied with Ammonia induced cough and Phenol red test in mice. The acute toxicity LD 50 was calcutaled by karber method. Results: whiteleaf ciyslatlea ledum oil has significantly antitussive and expectorant effects. Orally LD 50 was 0.41 ml/kg in mice.Conclusion: whiteleaf ciyslatlea ledum oil has antitussive and expectorant effects.
