Determination of Sparfloxacin in Tablets by HPLC

目的 :用高效液相色谱法测定司帕沙星片的含量。方法 :以醋酸盐缓冲液 (p H4.0 ) -乙腈 -三乙胺 (85∶15∶ 0 .2 )为流动相 ,在 C1 8柱上测定司帕沙星的含量 ,检测波长为 2 98nm。结果 :在 40～ 2 80 m g/ L 浓度范围内 ,线性关系良好 (r=1.0 0 0 0 ,n=7)。平均回收率 10 0 .3% ,RSD为 0 .32 % (n=6 )。结论 :该法准确。

Purpose: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of Sparfloxacin in tablets. Methods: Sparfloxacin was determined on C 18 column with a mobile phase acetate buffer(pH4.0) acetonitrile triethylamine(85∶15∶0.2) and detected at 298 nm. Results: The linear calibration curve was measured over the range of 40～ 280 μg/ml with correlation coefficient 1.0000(n=7). The average recovery was 100.3% and the RSD was0.32%(n=6). Conclusion: The method was accurate and reproducible.
