臀部软组织挛缩症的病因分析及治疗

Etiological Analysis and Treatment of Gluteal Soft Tissue Contracture

目的：根据臀部软组织挛缩症的病因分析，说明臀部软组织挛缩症的发病机制及治疗原则。方法：对312例臀部软组织挛缩症的典型临床表现患者的病因，病理特点进行了分析，并对几种手术效果进行比较。结果：患病率男性低于女性，高龄低于低龄，男性患者性格均为内向软弱或有女性格化倾向，其中42例有明显亲缘关系；手术治疗创伤越小的效果越好，功能锻炼越好效果越满意。结论：臀部软组织挛缩症致病原因包括两方面先天因素，即机体炎症反应过于剧烈倾向和内向软弱文静的性格，致病条件为臀部创伤、化学性损伤及感染。治疗原则为手术和功能锻炼紧密结合。

Objective: To explain pathogenesis and therapeutic principle of gluteal soft tissue contracture (GSTC) according to the etiological analysis of GSTC. Methods: 312 patients presenting the typical symptoms and signs of GSTC were analyzed in the etiology and pathology and the outcomes of various surgical treatments were compared. Results: Female morbidity was fewer than that of male. Morbidity of younger children was fewer than that of older. Nature of all male patients was introversive and flabby or gynecogenic inclination. 42 patients had obvious consanguinity. Outcome was that the little wound of surgical treatment gained more effective and better dirigation. Conclusions: Pathogenesis reason of GSTC might be excessively fierce inclination of inflammatory reaction and introversive, flabby and quiet nature. Pathogenesis conditions should be wound, Chemical injury and infection. Therapeutic principle should be closely combined surgical treatment with dirigation.
