肝素钠乳膏治疗浅静脉炎疗效观察

Observations on the Curative Effect of Heparin Sodium Cream in the Treatment of Superficial Phlebitis

目的 对肝素钠乳膏治疗浅静脉炎进行疗效及血管再通率研究。方法 将 12 0例静脉输液致浅静脉炎患者随机分成两组 ,每组各 6 0例。治疗组用肝素钠乳膏适量涂擦病变处 ,对照组用 5 0 %硫酸镁湿热敷及超短波治疗病变处。结果 两组的治疗有效率比较无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,但显效率治疗组明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,治疗组 7天后病变部位血管再次穿刺成功率达 83.33% (5 0例 ) ,对照组为 6 0 % (36例 ) ,两组间有非常显著差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 两种方法均对输液所致浅静脉炎有明显疗效 ,但肝素钠乳膏治疗组病变处血管再通率和再次使用率明显高于对照组。

Objective To Study the curative effect of heparin sodium cream in the treatment of superficial phlebitis and the reunobstructed rate. Methods 120 cases of superficial phlebitis caused by intravenous infusion were randomly divided into two groups, patients of the therapeutic group were treated with heparin sodium cream painting locally, while the control group received moist heat packing with 50% magnesium sulphate and ultrashort wave therapy as well. Results 72 hours after therapy there were no significant difference in effective rate between two groups(P>0.05), but there were significant difference 24 hours after therapy(P<0.05). After 7 days of the treatment the rate of success of repuncturing was 83.33%(50 cases), that of the control group was 60%(36 cases), which showed a very significant difference between two groups(P<0.01). Conclusions The two methods mentioned above produce distinct curative effects upon superficial phlebitis caused by intravenous infusion. The heparin sodium cream can increase the reunobstructed and reusable rate of the focal veins.
