61例喉癌CT检查与临床病理分期的对比分析

Comparison of CT findings and clinico-pathologic stages on 61 patients with laryngeal carcinoma

目的 :探讨 CT检查在评价喉癌浸润范围上的作用。方法 :对比观察我院 1995～ 1999年间收治的 6 1例喉癌病人的 CT检查及临床病理分期。声门上癌 11例 (18.0 % ) ,声门癌 47例 (77.1% ) ,跨声门癌 3例 (4 .9% ) ,其 TNM分期 、 、 、 期分别为 32、9、14、6。手术治疗 5 6例 ,放射治疗 5例。结果 :CT诊断符合率为 91.8% (5 6 / 6 1) ,临床分期符合率为 73.8% (4 5 / 6 1) ,两者具有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :CT检查对判断喉癌的浸润范围准确可靠 ,对临床分期及制定手术治疗方案具有指导意义。

Objective:To evaluate the value of CT findings in the diagnosis of laryngeal carcinoma infiltration extent Method:The data of comparison of CT findings and clinico pathologic stages on 61 patients with laryngeal carcinoma were analyzed from 1995 to 1999 There were 58 males and 3 females ,ranging in age from 37 to 83 years old which stages were T 1N 0M 0 in 11,T 2N 0M 0 in 21,T 2N 1M 0 in 9,T 2N 2M 0 in 1,T 2N 3M 0 in 1,T 3N 0M 0 in 10,T 3N 1M 0 in 2,T 4N 0M 0 in 4 and T 4N 1M 0 in 2,respectively And the supraglottic cancer was 11(18 0%,11/61),glottic cancer 47(77 1%,47/61),transglottic cancer 3(4 9%,3/61),respectively The CT examination and surgical treatment were made in all 61 patients Results:The correct rate at CT findings was 91 8%(56/61),and the accurate rate of clinical stage was 73 8%(45/61) These results showed different significance (P<0 05) Conclusion:The CT findings showed valuable in the diagnosis to infiltration extent of laryngeal carcinoma and clinical significance for surgical treatment of patients with laryngeal carcinoma
