精神损伤司法鉴定及相关问题(附220例分析)

Forensic Assessment of the Mental Disorder and the Correlation Problem: analysis of 220 cases

华中科技大学同济医学院法医学系司法精神病学鉴定组自 1986年 7月至 2 0 0 0年 7月受理精神损伤司法鉴定 2 2 0例 ,其研究结果显示 ,男女比例无差异 ;以中青年组居多 (12 3例 ,占 5 5 % ) ;职业以工人 ,农民为多见 ,文化程度相对较低 ;损伤原因以伤害和交通事故为主 (177例 ,占 82 % ) ;鉴定时间以选择在 1年内为佳。

cases of pationts of mental injury were retrospectively investigated by the team of forensic psychiatry from the Jul of 1986 to the Jul of 2000. The resulth indicate: there were no significant sex diffevences in 220 cases; the predominance group was found in the group of manhood (123 cases, 55%); Most of pationts were workers and farmers with lower level of education; the causes of trauma were mainly body injuries and traffic accident (177 cases, 82%), the best time of forensic assessment is considered within one year after head trauma. It is necessary to discuss the assessment criferia of mental disorder ofter head trauma and its correlation problemn.\;
