流动人口已婚妇女生殖健康现状调查

Investigation on the Current Situation of Productive Health of Married Women in Floating Population

目的 :了解流动人口育龄妇女生殖保健服务状况及需求。方法 :随机抽取武汉市 6个城区流动人口育龄妇女 ,用统一结构式问卷进行调查。结果 :初婚年龄小于 2 0岁者占调查总数 14.5 1%;婚前新婚知识知晓率为4.85 %;同意婚前性行为者占调查总数 19.0 5 %;72 .75 %的调查对象未做婚前检查。在未做婚检的 16 0 4例被调查者中 ,有 83.42 %的人因主管部门没有要求而未做检查。结论 :流动人口早婚现象普遍 ,已婚妇女婚前新婚知识缺乏及婚检覆盖率低 ,应加强对流动人口生殖健康知识的普及和生殖保健服务 。

Objective: To know the situation and requirement on reproductive care and service of reproductive age women of Floating Population. Methods: Randomized sampling method was adopted, and reproductive age women of Floating Population in 6 regions in Wuhan were investigated in questionnaires of unity structure. Results: 14 51% cases married for the first time when they were under 20 years; antemarital knowing of new marry knowledge rate was 4 85; 19 05% cases accepted antemarital sexual behavior; 72 75% cases didn't do antemarital medical examination; 83 42% of 1604 cases who didn't do antemarital medical examination, had reason that the administration had no demand. Conclusion: The phenomenon of early marrigae of Floating Population was popular, married women lack antemarital new marry knowledge and the cover rate of antemarital examination is low. We should strengthen the reproductive health knowledge education of Floating Population and the reproductive care and service to improve their reproductive health statuses.;
