慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者心理情绪对社会支持的影响

Effect of Psychical Emotion of the Patients with COPD on Social Support

目的 :调查慢性阻塞性肺疾病 (COPD)患者社会支持和心理情绪状况 ,并分析心理症状对社会支持的影响。方法 :6 0例 COPD患者和 6 0例健康对照组应用社会支持个人资源询问表进行社会支持评分 ,同时对两组人员应用焦虑抑郁情绪表进行心理症状评估。结果 :COPD患者社会支持量较对照组为低 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,心理情绪状况差于对照组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,抑郁症状评分和情绪总评分与社会支持评分显著相关 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论

Objective: To investigate of social and support emotional status and influence in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) patients. Method: 60 COPD case were questioned with personal Resource Questionnaire and Hospital Anxious Depression Score with 60 healthy persons were compared and analyzed relationship emotions with social support in COPD. Result: The social support and emotions scores in COPD patients were lower than those in the healthy ones ( P <0 05) and depression scores, total emotion scores related with the social supports scores ( P <0 05). Conclusion: Emotional status influence social support in COPD.;
