直肠癌术后局部复发因素与防治策略的探讨

The Observation of Local Recurrence relative Factors and Prevention of Rectum Cancer

目的 :探讨直肠癌术后局部复发的相关因素及预防复发的措施。方法 :对 330例直肠癌患者术后进行 10年随访。结合文献对其中复发的 4 8例进行回顾性分析。结果 :直肠癌术后局部复发与肿瘤Duckes分期、病理类型、大体形态、淋巴结转移程度、肿瘤距切缘距离及术中操作因素有关。结论

Objectiv To study relative factors of postoperative local recurrence of rectum cancer and methods to prevent recurrence.Methods 330 cases with rectum cancer were followed up for 10 years,48 recurrent cases of them were retrospectively analysed.Results Postoperative recurrence of rectum cancer is relating to Dukes phases,pathologic types,gross morphology,metastasis of lymph nodes,distance from tumor to incision margin and performing factors during operation.Conclusion proper operation modalities and non tumor performances are the ways to prevent local recurrence of rectum cancer.
