农民对合作医疗的支付意愿

Willingness to pay of farmers for the Cooperative Medical Service

运用全国8省10县的资料 ,分析贫困地区农民对合作医疗的支付意愿 ,虽然农民面临巨大的疾病风险 ,但他们对合作医疗尚缺乏正确的理解 ,因而支付意愿很低。同时分析了社会经济因素对农民支付意愿的影响 ,进而提出了合作医疗必须在农民认识疾病风险和合作医疗能实现分担疾病风险的条件下 。

Data of ten counties in eight provinces were used to analyze the willingness to pay of farmers in poverty-stricken areas for the Cooperative Medical Service (CMS). It was believed that the willingness to pay of farmers for the CMS is in very low level because they didn't understand the CMS appropriately although they were faced with great risk of diseases. Social economic factors having effects on the willingness to pay were also analyzed. It is concluded that the CMS will be accepted by farmers and develop continuously only when farmers understand the risk of diseases and the CMS can share the risk.
