摘要
运用DEA模型测算了商业银行技术效率、纯技术效率和规模效率 ,并进行了多元回归分析 ,得出影响我国银行业效率 (1 993年～ 1 998年 )的主要因素 :银行资产质量、人力资本、经营管理能力、产权结构、市场竞争程度等。
By DEA model, the paper computers technical efficiency, pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of commercial banks. And a multivariate linear regression is conducted. Then the paper investigates the determinants of efficiency in Chinese banking ranged from 1993 to 1998. The empirical result shows that several factors affects the level of the efficiency,including the asserts quality, human capital, managing ability, the structure of property rights, market competition.
