摘要 杀鼠迷是香豆素类抗凝血灭鼠剂,但它的毒理并不止于抗凝血。据15天观察,杀鼠迷对小白鼠单剂量口服LD_50为152.9±21.1mg/kg。急性死亡未见严重病理改变,但24小时后死亡动物的肺出血和肝坏死比较严重,并有腔内积血。小白鼠24小时内濒死时凝血酶原时间不超过1分钟。中毒动物先表现兴奋性症状,10余分钟后转入抑制,自发活动先多后少。大白鼠高剂量中毒有类似症状,脑电图出现癫痫状放电,然后转入抑制状态。维生素K_1急性中毒无救治效果。据此认为,杀鼠迷对中枢神经系统具有急性毒理效应,以先兴奋、后抑制为特征。 Coumatetralyl is a coumarin rodenticide. It possesses not only anticoagulative effect, but also others. This report deals with some results of toxicological experiments on its acute nonanticoagulative effect. Within 15 days, the single dose LD50 to mice by oral is 152.9±2.1mg/kg. About 78.8% death occured within 24 hr.without severe pathological changes, but the mice died later appeared severe lung hemorrhage and liver necrosis and had extravasation in the body cavities.The prothrombin time of moribund mice on the flrst day were less than one minute. The poisoned mice appeared excited for about 10 miuntes followed inhibited.The frequency of their,automatic activity was higher at firat and lower later than that of control group. EEG of poisoned rats Were abnormal, showing epileptoid discharge for about 10 minutes, then turning into inhibited situation. Vitamin K1 had no effect on the acute toxicity.These results suggested that coumatetralyl possesses acute toxicological effect on central nervous system with characteristic of exciting at first and inhibiting later.
