摘要
为了筛选毒杀臭鼩鼱用基饵,对当地常见的10种动物性、9种植物性食物及其6种混合物,进行了实验室和现场试验。结果表明,动物性以沙虫、牛肉,植物性以南瓜、米饭,混合物以牛肉加米饭的适口性最好。若同时考虑到来源、价格及适口性等诸因素,作者认为宜选牛肉与米饭的混合物作基饵配制毒饵;在四种引诱剂中,花生油和猪油均可提高牛肉加米饭混合饵的适口性,以前者更好。
In order to select a kind of base bait for poisonning the musk shrew, Suncus murinus(Insectivora, Soricidae), more than 20 kinds of animal and plant foods were tested in lab. and field in Zhangjiang, Guangdong province, China, from Aug. -Nov. 1988.Meantime, the selection of luring agent was carried out, too. Results obtained are as follows.
1. Among the plant foods tested, is cooked rice more palatable, and it' s source is also wide-ranging and abundant.
2. Of all the animal foods used here, beef is more palatable and it' s source is also widerangi-ng and rich, too.
3. Among the mixtures involved in here is the mixture of beef and cooked rice most palatable, which had been obtained both from lab.and field tests.
4. Peanut oil is the best among this four kinds of luring agents used here.
Proposed for the efficacy and cost of controlling this kind of small animal, authors recommend to try out the beef-cookedrice mixture as bait to control the musk shrew before the most palatable cheapest and most convenient baits are choosed out,and not to practice luring agent, with the exception of special environment, in order to reduce the control cost.
Moreover, the feeding behavior of the musk shrew in bait box was observed.
