摘要
进行了承载挂钩补强结构设计,通过大量的常规计算和复杂的有限元计算,肯定了补强方案的可行性,对补强结构件进行了精密制造和安装。经静动强度和动力学试验,确认补强后的承载挂钩可以修用。该补强运输装置成功地完成了第二台汽轮发电机定子的安全运输。
A stiffening construction for load-borne hookup is designed and its feasi- bility is confirmed by a lot of routine calculation and complex FEM.Fine mac- hining and assembling of the stiffening construction components are conducted. The results of static,dynamic load and motive power test of the construction confirmed,that the stiffening load-borne hookup can be adopted.The stator of the second 600MW turbogenerator has been successfuly and safeiy transported by this stiffening transportation vehicle.
