摘要 本文根据空气动力学基本原理和电机中冷却气流的实际运动情况,提出了轴向、径向和混合通风异步电机的等效风路网络;在应用现有电机通风研究成果的基础上,对电机通风计算中一些较为复杂且一直没有很好解决的问题,如径向通风道的风阻计算、短风道中局部损失之间的相互影响、旋转对风阻的影响、径向风道的风扇效应、风量在各径向风道中的分配、在多回路情况下非线性风路网络的求解方法等,作了一些有价值的研究。在此基础上,编制了能计算大中型异步电机的总风量、风量分配、风速分布和风损的通风计算程序。经验证,计算结果比较符合实际情况。 In this paper,author suggests the air-flow equivalent networks of an induction motor with axial,radial and compound ventilation systems by using the basic principles of fluid mechanics and referring to the real motion state of cooling air in the motor.On the basis of applying the existent results of electric machine ventilation research,author has done some significant research to some complex and unsolved problems,for example,the interaction among local losses,the influence of rotation on resistence of air flow,the fan effect of radial ventilation channel,the distribution of air volume in the radial ventilation channels and the solution of multi-circuit non-linear airflow network.According to the method suggested by this paper,author designed a program which can be used to calculate the total air volume,and its distribution, velocity distribution and ventilation losses of the induction mator.The results of calculation are in approximate accordance with the reality.
