摘要
本文通过对1Cr18Ni9Ti 不锈钢、20SiMn 钢和高铬铸铁三种不同成分和组织状态材料的室内试验和电镜扫描观察,探讨了材料气蚀和气蚀与磨损联合作用损伤的机理;分析了水轮机制造材料的性质和工艺与抗磨蚀的关系;提出了解决磨蚀问题必须采取综合措施的途径.
By material tests and scanning electron microscope observations on three gr- oup samples of different chemical compositions and structural conditions,such as 1Cr18NigTi stainless steel,20SiMn steel and high-chrome cast iron,the principle of cavitation erosion and the combined action of cavitation-abrasion affect are studied,the correlation between the performances of material,technology and the anti-cavitation and anti-abrasion abilities are analyzed,the comprehensive mea- sures for solving the cavitation-abrasion problem are proposed.
