少铬鞣山羊服装革工艺的研究

The technology of goat garment leather by less chrome tannage

通过探索试验总结出植物栲胶鞣剂 ,铬、铝鞣剂与改性戊二醛结合复鞣的少铬鞣工艺。正交试验确定了各种鞣剂的用量。理化指标检测表明 ,该工艺鞣制的坯革与常规铬鞣坯革质量相当 ,但用铬量和废水中的含铬量大大减少。

A tannage of less chromium had been studied. The goatskins will be tanned with extract and retanned with Cr-Al tanning agent and modified glutaraldehyde. The suitable condition of this process had been got by the optimum design. Tests showed that the quality of resultant leather is equal to the conventional chrome tanning leather. And this process also has advantage of less chromium salt dosage and the decreased Cr(Ⅲ)content in the waste effluent.
