在简述纺粘法工艺流程的基础上 ,论述了生产线仪表自动化的设计原则 ,并对每个调节系统的变送器、调节器和执行器的选取原则做了说明。介绍了欧陆 80 8可编程调节器的主要功能 ,调节器的硬件配置及参数设置在NWT模式纺粘生产线上的应用实例。
Based on the description of spunbonded process, the article expounds the design principle of meter automation in the line and selection of the Transducer、Regulator and Actuator in each regulation system. At the sametime, the article gives the detailed explanation of the main performance of Oulu 808 Prog rammable Regulator, the allocation and data set of 808 adjustor in NWT spunbonded line.
