摘要
用105晶面测定涤纶纤维晶区Herman取向因子,用不同峰形函数来描述105晶面衍射强度周向分布情况,与高斯函数比较Pearson Ⅶ型函数可更好描述105晶面衍射强度周向分布。将T05晶面法线方向转变为晶胞C轴方向可进一步提高结果的准确性。
Eleven polyester fibres in industrial use from different factories were used in this study. By making WAXD az-imuthal scans, the crystalline orientation was determined. The most suitable reflection for this purpose is the I05 reflection. These azimuthal traces consist of two indentical I05 peaks. The experimental intensity profiles were resolved into two Pearson VII peaks, symmetric with respect to the fibre axis. Good fittings and reliable parameter values could be obtained. If analysing the results, plentiful structure information can be found out and the form of function proves to have an obvious inflence on calculation. When the patterns shown were fitted with Gaussian lines, the results were unideal.
