橡胶涤/锦织物浸渍增粘工艺的研究

Study on Process of stickness-Increasing of PET/Nylon Fabric to Rubber

本文论述配制新的RFLS浸渍剂,对涤/锦织物进行增粘处理的研究成果。文中重点分析、探讨了时间、轧液率、温度等因素对橡胶剥离强力的影响,取得了最佳浸渍工艺参数。

This paper introduces the achievements in the researching work of preparing the newly developed impregnant RELS and carrying out the stickness-increasing-treatment to the PET/Nylon fabrics. It mainly analyses the effect of time, expression, temperature and some other factors on peel-bonding strength of rubber, and achieves the best parameter of impregnation process.
