摘要
利用两相流的概念针对不锈钢丝网过滤体建立了微粒静电映象力沉积数学模型 ,对烟气流场、微粒流场及微粒浓度分布进行了计算 ,并且对影响映象力沉积效率的因素进行了计算分析。研究结果为静电捕集技术在柴油机微粒排放控制方面的应用提供了理论依据。
A numerical model of image force trapping particles is established for stainless steel filter by using the concept of two-phase flow.The diesel particulate flow field and image field and distribution of particulate concentration are simulated.The factors affecting the image force trapping efficiency are analyzed and calculated.The research results provide the scientific basis for the application of electrostatic trapping technology in controlling the diesel particulate emission.
