摘要
就在现有条件下解决 6 0 0MW汽轮机高压主汽调节阀的内腔加工难关 ,实现该部件的内部生产制造方案进行介绍。分别从主汽阀体设计原则、材料性能、阀体实际应力测试等角度论证阀体拼焊的可能性及方案选择依据 。
This paper presents the manufacturing method for inner chamber of HP main steam control valve for 600MW turbine under current conditions. It expounds and proves the possibility of valve welding and the basis of method selection, and its reasonability is proved by practical manufactures.
