汽轮机状态检修的实用可靠性技术

摘要 提出可靠性技术应用与汽轮机状态检修的方法 ,旨在准确识别故障以提高汽轮机的可靠性。文中给出了可靠性技术应用于汽轮机状态检修的数学模型和应用实例。基于可靠性技术的状态检修技术具有以下特点 :物理意义明确 ,数学公式简单 ,诊断结果可靠 ,便于现场工作人员掌握。可靠性技术在汽轮机状态检修中的应用 。 This paper presents a method of applying the reliability theory to condition based maintenance of steam turbines for the accurate identification of faults and increasing availability for steam turbines. The scope of reliability theory made use of includes statistical analysis of life expenditure data, interference modeling of probability distribution and system reliability. Some mathematical models for the application of the reliability theory to condition based maintenance are given together with some practical examples concerning machines. Condition based maintenance technique based on the reliability theory are featured by the following adavntages:physically well-defined,simplicity of mathematical expression,reliability of diagnostic results and easy to master by on site personnel. The application of the reliability theory to condition based maintenance of steam turbine has herewith provided a new and effective way of condition based miantenance in steam turbines.
