摘要
动力涡轮转子结构有其特殊性 ,在无高速动平衡条件下做动平衡时需采取诸多措施 ,才能达到高速动平衡的效果。根据转子的结构特点 ,转子在纵向各段产生不同挠度 ,对转子纵向各段分别进行低速动平衡 ,从而达到高速动平衡的结果 。
The structure of power turbine rotor has its own special characteristics. Dynamic balancing without conditions for high-speed dynamic balancing needs plenty of measures to get the effect of high-speed dynamic balancing. Due to the structural characteristics of rotor, different flexibility appears in different axial stage of rotor. Low-speed dynamic balancing must be done to every axial stage of rotor so as to get the effect of high-speed dynamic balancing and ensure the safe and stable operation of rotor.
