河南省工业布局的演变和发展

THE EVOLUTION AND DEVELOPMENT OF INDUSTRIAL ALLOCATION IN HENAN PROVINCE

建国后,河南的工业布局发生了重大变革,按我省具体条件,建立了一批全国性的工业专门化部门和工业基地,并围绕工业专门化部门初步形成豫西和豫北两大综合性工业地区,初步形成全省以京广、焦枝和陇海、新焦等铁路为轴线的生产力布局总框架.这个框架的演变过程大体经历四个发展阶段。今后发展的总趋势,作者认为,工业布局的地区重点仍应放在陇海铁路沿线及豫北地区,然后,沿焦枝铁路逐步南移,同时,在广大的豫东地区分散布局轻工业。

The industrical allocation in Henan has changed greatly since 1949. Since then amounts of national industrial bases and specialized departments have been set up based on various conditions of Henan province,as a result,North and West Henan have become two synthetic industrial regions.With the axes such as Jingguang,Jiaozhi, Longhai and Xinjiao railways,a general framework of the allocation of productive forces has been preliminarily formed. The author points out that the evolution of this gereral framework has passed four stages and the developing trends of the framework is:The industrial allocation should still concen-trate along the Longhai railway and in North Henan,Then the concentration should be moved towards south gradually along the Jiaozhi railway,at the same time the light industry should be scatterly allocated in East Henan.
