应用高锰酸钾贮藏柑橙的试验研究

STUDY ON THE STORE OF ORANGE BY USING(KMnO_4)

用高锰酸钾作乙烯吸收剂,能有效地延长柑橙的贮藏期。试验表明,贮后袋内乙烯含量显著降低;果实呼吸率下降,其糖、酸、维生素 C 的含量均高于对照。贮藏4—6个月,基本上能保持原有的品质和风味。

It is effective to put off the store period of orange by using (KMnO_4)as absorb egent.the experiment ndicated:after store (C_2H_4)reduced clearly in the bag and breath rate of fruit les-sened too,its sugar,acid and Vitamin ere higher than comparison.After storing 4—6month it can keep original guality and taste in general
