摘要
研究表明:(1)外源 DNA 导入技术应用于转移抗病基因是有效的;(2)外源DNA 导入后代常常会产生意想不到的特殊类型,为新种质创造开辟了一条新途径.
The exogenous DNA of the donor(80S—111),a barley variety of resistance to Erysiphe graminis tritici,was ntroduced into toe scceptor,a receptiveness to diseases line of winterwheat,by means of the tehnique for introducing xgenous DNA into plants,The total vari-ant frequency of 6.6% was resulted in D1 progenics,and the variants included ore than tencharacterssuch as flowering early,resistance to Puccinia strsiformis or Erysiphe graministritici,big rain,wide and short leaf,narrow and long leaf,grey plant,higher or shorterstem,yellow glume etc,It was the fiest report n our country that thirteen variants of resist-ance to Erysiphe graminis tritici,which have a frequency as high as .77%,were gainedfrom the D1 progenies into which the exogenous DNA of barley was introduced.Variantshaving onor haracters such as long awn and white grain were selected form the progenies ofthe acceptor of awnless and red rain n the crossing of Huapei 28←Ta Shannon 7859DNA,too.Our research shoeed that:1).it was effective for transferring ene(s)of restance to dis-eases by the technique of introducing exogenous DNA into plants,and2).special variantscould be gained from the porgenies of the accepters.so it's a new way to produce new parentmaterials for reeder.
