摘要
本文通过对超微粒α-Fe_2O_3表面氧吸附的 X 光电子能谱的研究,分析了不同温度下的氧吸附态以及不同氧吸附态之间的相对含量。并以氧的解离吸附为主,阐明了超微粒α-Fe_2O_3的导电机制,给出了电导模型。
In this papcr,UFP α—Fe_2O_3 has been studied and made by PCVD,and its surface adsorbed oxygen and conductance at different temperature are discussed,oxygen adsorption state(O_2,O_2^-,0_2^(2-),and O^(2-))and its relative content of UFP α-Fe_2O_3 are also determinated.As is shown in XPS experimental results,the conductance mechanism of UFP α—Fe_2O_3 can be deseribed in the view of dissociation adsorption of oxygen at different temperature.
