摘要
研究了低蛋白日粮中添加镍对山羊瘤胃氮代谢的影响及作用机理。体内试验(系列Ⅰ)结果表明,日粮添加镍不影响山羊瘤胃液pH值;试验组与对照组相比,补镍分别提高瘤胃液及瘤胃粘膜上皮脲酶的活性1.7和6.2倍(P<0.01);添加镍还可以增加瘤胃液细菌蛋白、原虫蛋白和微生物蛋白的含量(P<0.05);有提高瘤胃液氨氮浓度的趋势(P>0.05);此外补镍还有降低血清尿素氮和总蛋白含量的趋势(P>0.05)。体外培养试验(系列Ⅱ)结果表明:添加镍对山羊瘤胃液氨氮浓度、pH值及微生物蛋白的合成均无直接影响。
Effects of nickel on ruminal nitrogen metabolism and mechanism of nickel action in rumen of goat were studied in Vivo and in Vitro. The results in Vivo showed. Compared with control group, urease activity in rumen fluid and ruminal epithelial urease activity with nickel supplementation increased 1.7 and 6.2 times (P<0.01); the concentration of B—P, P—P and MCP in rumen fluid increased (P<0.05); the concentration of urea—nitrogen and total protein in serium tended to be lower and that of NH_3—N in rumen fluid tended to be higher (P>0.05). The results in Vitro indicated that there were no direct action of nickel on pH and synthetic action of MCP in rumen fluid.
