摘要
对4个烤烟品种的主要香气物质成分进行了定量分析。结果表明,红花大金元品种的香气物质中茄酮、苯、1—乙基环己烯、十四碳酸等成分含量较高,而2—呋喃甲醛含量较低;NC89品种的香气物质中β—大马酮,3,7,13—三乙基—1,3,6,10—环十四碳四烯等成分含量较高。G140中茄娜士酮,新植二烯的含量较高,长脖黄中2—呋喃甲醛含量较高。
The quantitative determination results on aroma matter of 4 var-ieties in flue—cured tobacco show that comparing with other 3 varieties,the relative content of solanone,benzene,benzalhyde,cyclohexene—1—ethyl,tetradecanoic acid in“RF Mammoth Gold”is the highest and 2—fur-ancarboxaldehyde the lowest.β—damascone and 1,3,6,10—cyclotetra—decatetraene—3,7,13—triethyl in relative content in NC89 are the highest.Solanascone and neophytidiene in Speight G 140 are rich while the other co-ntents are poor.2—Furancarboxaldehyde in“Changbohuang”is higher wh-ile the other components are low.
