摘要
由于光在空间中不相互干扰且相互不屏蔽,使得三维光存储成为可能。本文就三维光存储的理论基础和发展状况进行研究。就其中两种技术,即基于双光子吸收的分层读取技术和全息存储技术,进行了详细的分析及讨论。
Due to the fact that light does not interfere with and shield each other, it makes 3-dimension storage possible. In this paper, the principle and development of 3-dimension is researched. Two main technology, multi-layers based photon-absorption arid holographic memory, is analyzed and discussed.
