摘要 目的探讨血管球囊损伤后诱导的血管平滑肌细胞增殖的信号传递途径。方法采用同位素技术测定3H-TdR掺入和丝裂素活化蛋白激酶(MAPK)活性。结果 血管球囊损伤后诱导了血管平滑肌细胞增殖,同时有MAPK活性明显增加。结论血管球囊损伤后诱导的血管平滑肌细胞增殖可能是通过增加MAPK活性途径实现的。 Objective To investigate the signal transduction pathways of vascular smooth muscle cells(VSMC) proliferation after angioplasty. Methods 3 H-TdR in corporation and the activity of mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) were assayed with isotopic methods. Results Angioplasty induced the proliferation of VSMC and increased the activity of MAPK. Conclusion Angioplasty induced the proliferation of VSMC probably by increasing the actvity of MAPK.
