微波治疗技术应用进展

Advance of The Technology in Microwave Treatment

叙述了微波治疗技术从20世纪40年代开始的发生、发展过程。从开始阶段的以理疗为主发展到目前的在医学（包括消化科、皮肤科、五官科、泌尿科、肛肠科、肝胆科、脑外科、妇科、理疗科、肿瘤科、计划生育等）上的多种应用。微波治疗技术的进展和微波辐射器的进展紧密相连。辐射器由腔外辐射器发展到腔内辐射器，再发展到微波手术刀、穴位辐射器、微创型腔内辐射器。为了保证疗效，在微波治疗技术中还必须引入测温技术、自动控制技术并选择合适的微波工作频率。

This thesis describes the generation and advance of the technology in microwave treatment from 1940s.That taking physiotherapy as the dominant factor from the beginning has developed into various medical uses nowadays(including digestive department, skin department, five sense organs department, urological department, anus and intestine department, liver and gall department, cerebral surgical department, tumour department, physiotherapy department, birth control department and so on).The progress of the microwave treatment technology is often germane to the advance of microwave radiator which develops from external body cavity one to internal body cavity type, then microwave scalpel, acupuncture point radiator, internal body cavity with little injury radiator. In order to guarantee the curative effect, it is a must to introduce the temperature measuring technology, automatic control technology and choose appropriate microwave working frequency.
