肾上腺素诱导培养新生大鼠心肌细胞肥大的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的 :探讨肾上腺素诱导心肌细胞肥大的作用。方法 :在培养新生大鼠心肌细胞上 ,通过测量心肌细胞表面积和[3H] -Leu的掺入量来判断心肌细胞肥大。结果 :肾上腺素能明显增加心肌细胞表面积和[3H] -Leu的掺入量 ,并呈量效关系。结论 Objective: The present study was to investigate the effects of cardiocyte hypertrophy induced by adrenaline. Method: The cell surface area and -Leucine incorporation were measured to judge the hypertrophy of cardiac cells in cultured neonatal rat myocardial cells. Results: Adrenaline could significantly increase the surface areas of the cells and promote -Leucine incorporation with dose-dependent. Conclusion: The results suggest that adrenaline can induce cardiocyte hypertrophy in cultured neonatal rat myocardial cells.
